MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION/RENEWAL

Membership dues pay for support of the national office (AFCR) and transportation and lodging of our speakers. Membership dues do NOT include dinners.  Dinners are $55.00 for members and $60.00 for guests. Dues and dinners are half-price for students. Meetings are held monthly from September to May at the Alta Club on the corner of State Street and South Temple. 

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Option 1 – Single Membership                                                                         $150.00/year                 

Option 2 – Joint Membership for member and spouse/partner                         $300.00/year                             

Option 3 – Organization/Business (membership for four representatives)       $500.00/year  

Please hard mail or email your name, address, email, phone number and membership option to David Deisley at the address shown below. You may enclose a check payable to the Salt Lake Committee on Foreign Relations (or SLCFR) or pay via credit card at the link below. 
 

The date of each meeting and a biography of the speaker will be sent to you by email 2-3 weeks in advance. The exact dates of the meetings are variable because we have to accommodate the busy schedules of the speakers.
